On the ground floor there is a cozy TV corner, a huge typical Moroccan lounge and a dining room with a table for 12 people. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and a very spacious granite worktop).

First floor
Everything in this villa is designed for comfort, luxury and endless enjoyment. The house is equipped for a maximum of 8 people. There are 3 rooms (with balconies) on the floor, which share a shared bathroom.
In addition, there is 1 master bedroom with on-suite bathroom and dressing.The bedroom does not have a balcony, but is of course much more spacious than the other rooms.
This room has a docking station that allows you to listen to your personal music preferences. (Spotify, Streamz,...) The master bedroom and room 3 have air conditioning.All rooms have a TV. There are speakers in the house, inside, outside, at the pool and on the majestic roof terrace.

The fun continues outside. There is a phenomenal covered roof terrace to chill out and enjoy the sunsets. On the roof terrace there is a BBQ and small kitchen area with refrigerator.
